Heather Champney offers accessible, welcoming yoga classes at the ELMM Community Center, including a weekly Hatha Flow series. Her sessions focus on mindful movement, breath, and strength, creating a supportive space for all levels. Reed's Taekwondo

Through specialized training in Moo Duk Kwan and Olympic-style Taekwondo, students can acquire in-depth knowledge of the five tenets and apply them effectively in daily life, resulting in enhanced self-confidence and peak physical fitness. Participants 6 through adult are welcome at classes each Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm.
